| 摘 要： | 关键侦查信息是对揭露、缉获犯罪人起关键作用的信息。侦查的始终都应该注重筛选、观察、解析、调查和发现关键侦查信息。发现关键侦查信息后必须通过存储、核实、传递,并依据关键侦查信息进行有效决策和行动。

Gaining it require the investigator to obtain large enough quantity of information about the case, the ability and the rapidity.
