| 摘 要： | 受贿罪的认定是一个十分复杂和重要的问题。正确认定、准确适用法律,有力打击受贿犯罪,必须正确认定受贿罪主体,利用职务上的便利,索取或非法收受他人财物、为他人谋取个人利益、经济往来中的受贿、受贿罪的罪与非罪、此罪与彼罪的诸多问题。

| Abstract: | The cognizance of the crime of bribery is a very complex and important issue.To correctly cognize and accurately apply the law,effectively take the fight against crime,we must correctly cognize the main body of accepting bribes and the problems such as using his position facilitate to solicit or illegal accept property,or seek personal interests for others,the bribery economic exchanges, the crime of accepting bribes and non- crime,this crime or that crime. |
