| 摘 要： | "村容整洁"是建设社会主义新农村的基本要求和目标之一。当前,我国农村生态环境存在诸多问题,如"脏"、"乱"、"差"、"毒"、"低"等。针对上述问题,我国建设社会主义新农村应遵循实事求是、因地制宜,分步实施、稳步推进,水电路气、综合治理,规划为先、以人为本的原则,通过发展循环经济,最终建设"生态农村"、"和谐农村"。

| Abstract: | "Clean and tidy villages" is one of the basic demand and goal for building the new socialist countryside. At present, the rural ecological environment of our country has various kinds of problems, such as"dirty","messy ", "bad" , "empty ", " poisonous" and " low ", etc. With the above-mentioned problems, the author proposes the principles that constructing the new socialist countryside is supposed to follow and the countermeasures that should be adopted. This paper has the significant guiding meaning for the new socialist countryside construction, which is carrying on currently in China. |
