| 摘 要： | 邓小平的育才观是邓小平人才理论的重要组成部分,包括抓好教育是培养人才的基础,适宜的环境和机制是培养人才的前提,提高物质待遇是培养人才的条件,使用人才是培养人才的途径等四个方面,对于培养社会主义建设人才具有重要的指导意义。
