| Abstract: | During transition period,the necessity of scientific andrational allocation of political resource lies in the,scarcity of political' resource and the newdemands of social reality. During this period,to allocate political resource scientifically andrationally,political system should establish rational' goal of value,insist on right scale of weighing,and work out some strategic ways to do it. |
