| Abstract: | The object of the crime of kidnapping is single. The act of perpetrating in this crime is a single one. If a person who has reached the age of 14 but not the age of 16 commits the act of kidnapping and kills the kidnapped person, he should be investigated for the criminal responsibility of intentional homicide. |
