少先队活动课程“县域顶层设计”的实践与思考

摘    要:教育部《关于加强中小学少先队活动的通知》要求全国各义务教育段学校要充分认识加强少先队活动重要性,采取有力措施,切实予以落实。县级少工委、教育行政部门是最基层、最直接、最有效的少先队工作机构和教育行政管理部门。强化“县域”一级职能,探索少先队活动课程的县域顶层设计与实践,对推进少先队活动课程常态化,具有重要的实践意义和研究价值。

Practice and Reflection on the County Territory Top Design of Activities Course for Young Pioneers

Abstract:According to the “Notice on strengthening the Young Pioneers activities in primary and middle school”, compulsory education schools should understand the importance of the Young Pioneers activities and adopt energetic measures to strengthen it. Juvenile working committee and the administrative departments of education are the most basic, the most direct and the most best work organization for the Young Pioneers and the education administrative departments. It has important practical significance and research value to promote normalization of activities course for Young Pioneers by strengthening the function of the county and exploring the county territory top design of activities course for Young Pioneers.
