干部培训中的多元化教学

党校是干部教育培训基地,是提高干部队伍素质的熔炉,在发展中国特色社会主义事业中具有不可替代的地位和作用。不断改革党校教育教学方式,大力推行适合当前中国经济社会发展要求的干部培训中的多元化教学,努力创新党校教育教学的方式,形成遵循干部成长和教育培训的规律,促使教学内容转化为素质、能力,使干部教育更具针对性实效性,是党校教学的根本目标和内在要求。本文以此为出发点,从干部培训中实施多元化教学的主阵地作用、干部培训多元化教学工作必须注意的问题及教学改革建议等方面对党校干部培训的教学改革进行了探索。

The Diverse Teaching in Cadre Training

As the bases of cadre education and training and the furnaces improving cadres ’ qualities,party schools play an irreplaceable role in developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. To reform the education and teaching patterns of party schools continuously,carry through the diverse teaching in cadre training that meets the requirements of economic and social development in contemporary China,work hard to innovate in the cadre education and teaching methods,find out and follow the laws of talent development,education and train-ing,promote the transformation of the contents of teaching into qualities and abilities,and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of cadre education,are the ultimate goals and intrinsic requirements of teaching in party schools. Based on this argument,this paper probes into the teaching reform of cadre training in party schools from the aspects such as the main battlefield role played by diverse teaching in cadre training,the matters need atten-tion in the diverse teaching of cadre training,and suggestions on teaching reform.
