基于“学缘”的研究生团学工作刍议

摘    要:在高校研究生群体中,学缘关系主要建立在学校、院系、专业、实验室、导师等因素上,这种关系对团学工作的有效性具有较大影响,进而影响到研究生的管理机制和培养质量.针对当前研究生团学工作遇到的困难,结合学缘在研究生团学工作中的应用理论,充分发挥学缘的功能与优势,可以在高校研究生团学工作建设中取得较好的成果.在具体的实践中,运用学缘加强研究生团学组织建设,优化研究生育人体系,可以有效地促进研究生团学组织和育人体系建设,进而促进高素质人才的培养.团学工作者在工作中,应当充分认识到学缘对团学工作有效性的影响力和重要性,扬长避短,使之能够有利于团学工作的推进.

Discussion on the Postgraduate Work of CYL and Student Union Based on Learning-origin

Abstract:In colleges and universities graduate groups, learning-origin relationship is mainly founded on the elements of college, faculty, major, lab, tutor and so on. This relationship has a great influence on the work of CYL and student union and will affect the management of the postgraduates and the training quality. Faced with the difficulties of the work of CYL and student union, that combining the application theory of the learning-origin relationship on the work of CYL and student union and elaborating the advantages and functions of the learning-origin relationship adequately will achieve a good result in the development of the work of CYL and student union. In the concrete practice, using the learning-origin relationship strengthens the development of the CYL and student union, optimizes the system of the postgraduates education, promotes the ddvelopments of CYL and student union effectively and will promote the cultivation of high-quality talents. The workers of the CYL and student union should cognize the impact and the importance of the learning-origin relationship on the work of the CYL and student union and should make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages, making it to the promotion of the work of the CYL and student union.
