哈特阶梯理论观照下的社区儿童参与探究——以宁波市海曙区华兴社区“青少年协会”为例

社区儿童参与是社区居民参与的重要组成部分.本文以罗杰·哈特的儿童参与阶梯理论为基础,通过参与观察、问卷调查和访谈法,对宁波市海曙区华兴社区的青少年协会这一社区儿童参与组织进行了调查和分析.结果显示,华兴社区青少年协会的儿童参与活动跳脱了非参与阶段,体现出儿童参与程度从低阶段到高阶段的发展过程,对社区社会资本增长起到了催化作用,形成了一个可行的社区儿童参与模式.

On Children＇s Participation in Shequ Development from the Perspective of Hart＇s Ladder Theory——A Case Study of Youth Association of Ningbo Haishu Huaxing Shequ

Based on Roger Hart＇s theory of the ladder of children＇s participation, this paper analyzes the action taken by Youth Association of Ningbo Haishu Huaxing Shequ （Community） serving as a community children participants＇ organization in Shequ development. We have employed such methods as participant observation, questionnaire and interview to make detailed study of the organization, which shows that the children＇s participation activities conducted by Youth Association of Ningbo Haishu Huaxing Shequ has broken from the non-participating stage of Hart＇s Ladder Theory. As a result, we have found from those activities an evolutionary process from a lower stage to a higher one, a growth of the community society capital, and a feasible mode of Shequ children＇s participation.
