浅谈高等职业教育的人才培养

大力发展高等职业教育是经济和社会发展的客观需要,是贯彻党的“教育要全面适应社会主义现代化对各类人才的需求,提高教育质量和办学效益”的方针。本文论述了高等职业教育的培养目标及其人才类型的特点,明确了高职人才质量构成的要素,对高等职业教育进行了理论探讨,提出了新的人才培养观念。
