2008年以来,作为“再平衡”战略的重要部署,美国高调主导并强势推动TPP,对两岸关系产生了重要影响.TPP成为美国对两岸关系施加影响的新切入点,对两岸的制度性经济合作造成直接冲击,也可能成为“台独”势力操弄影响岛内政治认同的新手段,给两岸务实解决台湾“国际空间”问题增添变数.大陆方面应该做好具有前瞻性的理论准备、政策研究和行动方案,为两岸关系和平发展以及中国的和平崛起“保驾护航”.

The Strong Drive of TPP by the United States and Its Impact on the Cross-Strait Relations

Since 2008, as an important deployment of its rebalance strategy, the United States has led in a high profile and strongly driven the process of TPP, which has had an important impact on the cross-Strait relations. TPP as a new starting point for the United States to exert its influence on the cross-Strait relations has produced a direct impact on the institutional economic cooperation across the Straits. On the other hand, it may also become a new means adopted by the ＂Taiwan independence＂ forces to manipulate and affect the island＇s political identity, thus adding variables in our efforts to find a solution to the prob- lem of Taiwan＇s international space. Therefore, Chinese mainland should make a forward-looking theoretical preparation and do a good job in policy research and action plans so as to ensure both of the cross-Strait peaceful development and China＇s peaceful
