"Plastic surgery" has become a measure for some female university students to seek job in the background of much difficulty in job seeking. This phenomenon might be attributed to a mixed force which is consisted of deviation in value orientation for women in society,booming "beauty economy",and depreciatory assessment of self-value for some female university students. In order to reduce such a phenomenon of plastic surgery among the group of female students,the employment policy of equality in sex ought to be implemented,and the human resource of female graduates fully utilized. Additionally,female students should improve themselves and strengthen their self-confidence.
