The commission execution system itself has some unreasonable aspects. Commission cases are looked at as a burden, which is the main factor affecting commission effect and the key problem that hinders the operation of the commission is the lack of management and supervision systems. The article holds that the commission execution system is to be reformed in three aspects： to practice co-execution, to include commission cases in cases under normal management and to reinforce the responsibility of the Supreme Court.
