| 摘 要： | 自<巴黎公约>首次引入驰名商标的概念后,对驰名商标进行特殊法律保护已成为世界立法之趋势,其中之一就是商标的反淡化理论.我国新商标法吸收了商标反淡化内容,本文从商标法对驰名商标的扩大保护来分析商标的反淡化理论在我国的发展历史、内容及实践意义.

| Abstract: | The special protection of the well-known trademark has become a trend since Paris Convention had introduced the concept of"well-known trademark",One of which is the development of anti-dilution theory . The new"trademark law"of China has developed much in the protection of the well-known mark ,including the contents of anti-dilution,This essay analyses on the theory of anti-dilution development history?content, and its siginificance in practice from the enlarged protection scope of the new "trademark law"of China. |
