| 摘 要： | 商业贿赂的本质是寻租,商业寻租现象的社会根源在于公共权力的异化和行业垄断。这种现象破坏了市场经济秩序,滋生腐败和犯罪,也败坏了社会风气和道德,甚至国家形象和投资环境。因此,当前必须加强市场制度建设、运用法律武器和借助道德力量进行治理,以期消减商业寻租现象对经济社会的危害。

| Abstract: | The essence of business bribe is rent-seeking;the social source of whose phenomenon lies in the dissimilation of public power and industry monopoly.This kind of phenomenon breaks the market economy order,stirs up corruption and crime,also corrupts the social values and morals,even national image and investment environment.Therefore,this time must regulate the phenomenon by market system construction and the usage of law weapon,as well as resorting to the moral power,for the masses are looking forward to decreasing commercial rent-seeking harm to economy and society. |
