| Abstract: | Public security organization's methods of employing policemen relate to the building of our country's public security team and the improvement of policemen's quality. We can learn a lot from the following methods of foreign police's employment: to pay more attention to the employment's propaganda tactics; to employ police of different levels; to have employment standards with the characteristics of police profession; to employ civil policemen. |
