| 摘 要： | 正确理解和把握党的纲领 ,始终坚持党的最低纲领和最高纲领的辩证统一 ,是我党一个极其重要的成功经验。在新的历史条件下 ,要进一步认识最高纲领与最低纲领辩证统一的科学基础 ,澄清在党的纲领问题上的模糊认识 ,坚持正确方向 ,努力实现党在社会主义初级阶段的基本纲领。
