"Biography of Phan Boi Chau" reveals the changes in Phan Boi Chau’s attitude towards Japan before and after the Movement of Traveling about Japan.Before the movement,Phan Boi Chau considered that Japan was a new power which had the same origin in language and culture with Vietnam.He expected that Japan would offer military aid to Vietnam.However,after the failure of the movement,Phan Boi Chau believed that Japan was a nation which preferred power to moral and it betrayed the yellow race and Asia.But he held a positive comment on the quality of the Japanese and advocated that it should become the model for the Vietnamese.
