| 摘 要： | 附属刑法规范是我国刑事法律的组成部分之一 ,分布于民事、经济、行政等非刑事法律之中。对于行政法中的附属刑法规范 ,学术界少有论及。为此 ,在总结行政法中附属刑法规范的内容和立法方式的基础上 ,分析其在立法方面存在的缺陷 ,并提出对其加以完善的建议非常必要。
