| 摘 要： | 已经实施15年的《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》（以下简称《消法》）的修订，已于2008年10月列入全国人大常委会五年立法规划。此次修订将针对《消法》实施以来经济生活中的重大变化和消费者维权过程中的突出问题，完善相关制度。其中，对金融服务等新领域中消费者保护需求的回应，将是《消法》修订者不可回避的新课题。
