| 摘 要： | 依法治国和依规治党的有机统一,是法治中国建设的历史必然。全面依法治国建设的基本规律决定,依法治国和依规治党的有机统一绝非是二者的简单相加。坚持党对一切工作的领导,科学理解二者有机统一的内在逻辑,探寻实现二者有机统一的实战路径,是全面依法治国顺利推进的关键。
