| 摘 要： | 党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略,明确把"产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕"作为乡村振兴的总要求。创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念对实现乡村振兴2 0字总要求具有重大理论指导意义。当前,实施乡村振兴战略应以新发展理念为引领,走产业兴旺之路、乡风文明之路、生态宜居之路、乡村善治之路、共同富裕之路。
