| 摘 要： | 为了解大庆龙凤湿地优势物种白翅浮鸥对禽流感病毒的天然被动免疫状况,于2010年春季采集白翅浮鸥巢卵144枚,采用血凝抑制试验检测了H1、H5、H9三种亚型禽流感病毒的卵黄抗体。结果表明,龙凤湿地白翅浮鸥种群H1、H5、H9三种亚型禽流感病毒卵黄抗体的阳性率分别为100%、38.89%和52.78%,平均卵黄抗体效价分别为6.19、3.76和3.81(lb)。表明白翅浮鸥繁殖个体对H1、H5、H9三种亚型禽流感病毒的感染或接触比较频繁,提示有必要进一步对其种群的病毒携带情况进行调查研究。
