On the Trend of Development of the Value Orientation of Unions in the Process of Reform and Opening-up

The policy of reform and opening-up has been performed for thirty years. In those years,the theories of the union have undergone two periods under the influences of the value orientation and macro system that are to give prominence to the political orientation of the union and to give prominence to economic orientation of unions. Today the value of the union has come back to society. The scientific outlook on development and development of Chinese characteristic unions must influence the future of the notion,practice,organization,theories of the union.
