| 摘 要： | 经济全球化从15世纪开始至今已经历了三个阶段,并出现了三次大的浪潮。经济全球化的实质是资本的国际化,它表现为生产国际化、贸易自由化、金融一体化、跨国公司全球化以及科学技术世界化,经济全球化虽源于资本主义,但必将终于社会主义。
