| 摘 要： | 高校的师德师风建设是高校精神文明建设的重要内容,是高校培养高质量人才的重要保证。教师的政治思想品德和业务素质是构成师德师风的主要内容。良好的师德师风主要体现在老师的人格感召力、学术的影响力和行为表率上。公安院校的师德师风建设还应体现公安院校教师的特殊要求。公安院校教师具有双重身份,既是人民警察,又是人民教师,二者必须有机的结合。

| Abstract: | The building of teacher's morality and style is an important content in constructing spiritual civilization and an essential safeguard for cultivating high-quality talents in colleges and universities.Teacher's political morality of thought and professional quality constitute the main contents of teacher's morality and style.Teacher's good morality and style are embodied as the moving and inspiring force of personality,academic influence and good example of behavior.The building of teacher's morality and style in colleges and universities of public security should have its special requirements.Teachers of public security colleges and universities have their double identities which are an integration of police and teacher. |
