| 摘 要： | 资金是制约合作医疗发展的瓶颈。农村合作医疗几十年的起伏跌宕，都突出表现在资金问题上。为确保新型农村合作医疗制度可持续发展，必须从我国的实际国情出发，不断探索和完善稳定、高效、便捷、持续的筹资思路和办法。

| Abstract: | Fund raising is a bottleneck which restrains the cooperative medical service. The rural cooperative medical service has been struggling on its way for decades due to fund shortage. In order to ensure the new sustainable development of rural cooperative medical care system, we must find a stable, efficient and convenient as well as sustainable way to improve fund collection approach based on the realistic situation in China. |
