To greater em- phasis on Cultural and creative industry,we must establish a comprehensive cultural development strategic concept,relying on the national culture characteristics with a original process feature. It is necessary to take the reality with Chinese socialist market economy into account in order to establish a suitable path of industrial development in our country,foster the international competitiveness ,and make it possible to become the core strength of cultural and creative industry development in China.
