摘    要:集体协商制度是协调劳动者与雇主之间利益,维护劳动者合法权益的重要机制,其在我国的产生和发展已成为趋势。经过多年的探索和实践,尽管我国的工资集体协商制度已初见成效但也存在诸多问题。因此,规范企业的劳动规章制度并实现劳动者意思参与,可以尝试在企业内部实行劳动规章集体谈判制度。

Abstract:Collective consultation system is an important mechanism for coordination between the interests of workers and employers safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers,its emergence and development in our country has become a major trend. After years of exploration and practice,despite our collective wage consultation system has achieved initial success,but also there are many problems.Labor formulated rules and regulations of corporate unilateral accommodate the terms closely related to the interests of workers,such as wages and other matters.To standardize the rules and regulations on labor and workers mean participation can try the internal labor regulations,collective bargaining system.
