食品安全中的企业社会责任规制法律研究

食品安全事故频发,从各个方面反映出食品法律规制体系的基础性缺失,无论是食品安全的风险机制、信息披露机制,还是食品召回机制和食品问责机制,都折射出食品安全监督管理机制存在很多问题。企业作为食品行业的主体,其在市场中的经营行为关系到消费者的切身安全,也关系到食品行业规范化操作的未来发展趋势。企业社会责任感不强,染色馒头、毒豆芽、地沟油、瘦肉精等事件促使我们反思对食品企业社会责任的法律约束和规制,需要进一步地合理规划和架构。

Corporate Social Responsibility of Legal Regulation on Food Safety

The current food safety accidents,from the aspects of reflects a lack of basic legal regulation of food safety system, whether the infi）rmation risk mechanism,food safety disclosure mechanism,or the food recall system and food accountability mecha- nism ,reflects many problems of food safety supervision and management mechanism.Enterprises as the main body of the food indus- try ,its market operations related to the consumer＇s personal safety ,but also the future development trend of food industry standard- ization operation.At present a lot of corporate social responsibility is not strong,tainted steamed buns,poison bean sprouts,drainage oil,clenbuterol,prompted us to reflect on the corporate social responsibility of food law and regulation,the need for rational planning further and architecture.
