摘    要:本文以交通运输高层次人才为研究对象,分析了交通运输高层次人才在现代交通运输事业发展中的地位,提出了需要重点解决的四个问题:交通运输高层次人才适应现代交通运输业发展需求的问题、交通运输高层次人才结构不合理造成人才浪费的问题、交通运输高层次人才开发投入不足造成人才素质不高的问题、交通运输高层次人才体制机制制约效能发挥的问题。同时提出了解决问题的三个方案:加强交通运输高层次人才发展的组织管理、信息管理和协同管理。

Abstract:The transportation of high-level talents as the research object,analyzes the status of transportation of high-level talents in the modem transportation industry development,put forward four important problems that need to be solved:the high-level personnel of the transportation adapt to the development of modem transportation needs,transportation of high-level personnel structure caused by the irrational waste of talent, lack of investment in the development of high-level personnel of the transportation quality of tal- ent is not high,institutional mechanisms of the high-level personnel of the transportation for restricting the effectiveness of play. Three programs at the same time proposed to solve the problem:to strengthen the organization and management of the development of the transportation of high-level personnel ,information management and collaborative management.
