| 摘 要： | 2001年是新世纪的第一年,是实施"十五"计划的第一年,也是实现我国现代化建设第三步战略目标的第一年.作为培训兵团干部主渠道的兵团党校,应当在"发展壮大兵团,致富职工群众"宏伟蓝图中,写上刚劲的一笔,着上醒目的色彩.邓小平同志曾说过,我们干的事业,是全新的事业.新的事业,就会有新的机遇、新的挑战、新的困难、新的希望.
