| 摘 要： | 工会服务站是提升工会服务效能的新尝试,是工会参与社会建设的重要载体.怀柔区总工会自2007年起,就开始着手工会服务站的相关工作.在全力以赴抓好建站工作的同时,特别强调建成后的服务站要切实发挥作用,坚持"建成一个,完善一个"的原则,逐渐摸索出一条具有鲜明区域特色的工会服务站的发展模式.

| Abstract: | The service station is the new experiment of improving services of trade union.Moreover,it is also an important carrier which the trade union organizations participate in the establishment of service station.Since 2007,the construction of service station of Huairou Federation of Trade Unions has been kicked off.It is of great importance to bring into play the role of the service station so as to explore the new development mode with distinctive regional characteristics for trade unions. |
