| 摘 要： | 我国的辅警研究只应以狭义上的辅警为对象;辅警应该拥有一定的执法权,具体说就是辅警可以在正式民警的现场指挥和监督下拥有有限的执法权;必须尽快建立科学、正规、统一的辅警录用制度。

Some speculatiaons about the reaserch on special police in China |

| Abstract: | Research on special police in china should be focused on narrow sense.Special police should have the law enforcement authority to some extent.Specially,special police can limitedly enforce the law under command and supewision of official police.Scientific,standard and unified recruitment of special police should be established as soon as possible. |
