组建工会是新建企业劳动关系规范化的重要标志

新建企业由于没有组建工会 ,劳动关系处于不规范状态 ,侵害职工合法权益的现象时有发生。把新建企业广大职工组织到工会中来 ,是工会工作的当务之急。只有把工会组织起来 ,才能建立起调整劳动关系的机制 ,才能从政治上、经济上维护职工的合法权益 ,使新建企业的劳动关系向规范化的方向发展。
