| Abstract: | It is tendency in company legislation that it is from the pure protection of shareholder's benefit to the protection of the benefit relater's interest.The establishment of system of limited liability is a great creation for the company organization,but the system of limited liability is weak to protect the crditor's benefits of company.The article attempts to discuss how to perfect the system of creditor's benefit. |
