| 摘 要： | 基于抢劫案件极严重的社会危害性以及发案数量之巨的现状,无论是理论研究部门还是实务部门,都对抢劫案件进行了较为深入的研究。本文综合各位学者的研究成果,综述了近年来抢劫案件新的类型、新的特点、发案原因、侦查理念的转变和新的方法措施以及抢劫案件的防范策略。
