| 摘 要： | 关于宽严相济刑事司法政策下如何建立与完善人民监督员制度，这不仅是一项重要的工作举措，而且还是密切联系人民群众，树立检察机关良好形象的有效途径。本文试图从人民监督员制度建立的法理基础、特点、重要作用、要求、建议方面加以阐述。
