"Globalization"of the 20 th century is the era of global homogeneity.In the 21 st century,the world moves from globalization to post-globalization.International relations have been separated from the global system dominated by the United States,resulting in juxtaposition and conflict between different cultural entities.With the development of internet media,cultural conflicts have spread from traditional political,ethnic,and religious conflicts to fluid,multi-dimensional,and complex fractal relationships;the new ecology of fractal communication caused by the differential communication of new online media will have a profound impact on the future development trend of global culture,especially the need for building a community with a shared future for mankind.
