| 摘 要： | 在国家监察体制改革下,监察委员会监察信息公开不能直接沿用行政监察信息公开模式.从世界范围监察机关信息公开实践来看,可以分为议会信息公开模式和政府信息公开模式.我国监察委员会监察信息公开既有议会信息公开的特点,也有政府信息公开的特点,此外还具有党务信息公开和司法信息公开的特点.要形成监察委员会监察信息公开立法模式,必须充分借鉴各种信息公开立法经验,制定统一的监察委员会监察信息公开立法,对监察委员会各类监察信息分别规定公开要求,以实现信息公开立法的一般性和特殊性规律.
