| 摘 要： | 科学创新是一种创造性活动,它的产生是其内在和外在两个系统共同作用的结果。科学创新的内部动力系统主要来自于科学自身发展过程的内在要求,而科学创新的外部动力系统则主要来自于科学创新所处的社会环境的影响。科学创新正是在这种双重动力系统的共同作用下实现的。 |

| Abstract: | Scientific innovation is a kind of creative activities, whose occurrence depends on dual action of the intrinsic and external system. The intrinsic motive system of scientific innovation is from internal claim during scientific development in itself, while the external one from the influence of social surroundings. Scientific innovation is just realized under the common action of the dual motive system. |
