| 摘 要： | 府际治理是指不同层级政府间的治理网络。在转型时期,中国政府面临着权责分割、管理层级与管理幅度机械设置等问题。通过对这些问题的分析研究为我国进一步完善地方政府的行政改革提供路径选择。
