摘    要:8 0年代后期以来 ,日本中小企业的存立基础、经营环境、市场竞争的空间、内容、方式、手段在发生变化。适应这种形势的发展 ,它们解读时代、市场、消费生活、意识的变化 ,重新认识本业的实际 ,着眼于利用外部资源、强化信息能力、开发中间技术、地区振兴 ,精细耕耘区域市场 ,与地区社会、国际化共生 ,挑战信息化与环境市场 ,进行市场竞争创新 ,特别是“共创环境经营”的经验 ,给我们提供了有益的启示。

Innovative Strategies Taken by Japan's Small and Mid-sized Enterprises in Market Competition--Centering on"Working Together to Build a Sound Business Environment"
Abstract:Since the late 80's, Japan's small and mid sized companies have undergone big changes in terms of their basis of existence, business environment as well as the space, content, and strategy of their market competition. To meet these developments, the companies have managed to understand the change of time, market, and consumer life, as well as mentality and have come up with a new understanding of the essence of their work. By focusing on outside resources and strengthening information capacity, they have developed intermediary technologies, invigorated the local economy as well as carefully cultivated regional markets. By developing themselves together with the local communities and facing the trend of globalization, they have challenged informationization and business environment in an attempt to make market innovations. Their experience of "Working Together to Build a Sound Business Environment" is essentially implicative for us.
