从心理契约看公安院校学员思想政治教育

公安院校学员的思想政治教育反映了社会发展对受教育者思想现状以及思想成长的客观要求。要实现思想政治教育对人的促进功能以及实现社会功能两个方面的总要求,就要得到学员主观认识上的认可。心理契约的内容、契约维度、形成过程以及契约违背后的处理都会对其产生影响。心理契约有利于促成思想政治教育目的的实现,为"因材施教"提供量化标准,并强调了教育内容要有侧重、教育形式要分阶段化,思想政治教育的开展要从中得到启示。

Ideological and Political Education for Students in Police Colleges from the Perspective of Psychological Contract

The ideological and political education for students in police colleges reflects the objective requirements that the social development has for the educated on their present situation of thought and their growth of ideas. In order to promote the human-being’s ability as well as to realize its social function, students need to accept ideological and political education subjectively. The content, the dimension, the formation process and the processing after the disagreement of psychological contract will have an effect on the students’ acceptance. Psychological contract is beneficial to realizing the purpose of ideological and political education, to providing a quantitative standard for“teach students in accordance with their aptitude”, and to emphasizing balancing education content, grading education form. The ideological and political education should gain enlightenment from it.
