摘    要:案例教学是侦查讯问学的一种重要教学形式,也是实现侦查讯问学培养目标的必要途径之一。然而,在目前的侦查讯问学案例教学中,案例内容与组织形式等方面均存在诸多问题。2013年1月1日生效实施的新刑诉法对于侦查讯问制度和证据制度进行了重大修改,做出了更为严格的规制,对于侦查讯问这一重要的调查取证措施提出了更高的要求。侦查讯问学的案例教学需要以新刑诉法为依据,丰富案例类型、做好案例设计、充实案例内容、改进案例教学组织形式,充分发挥案例教学在侦查讯问学教学中应有的价值。

Major Problems and Improvement in Case Teaching of Investigation and Interrogation Science

Abstract:As an important teaching form, case teaching is one of the essential ways to fulfill education goal of investigation and interrogation science. However, many problems like content and organization form exist in the current case teaching of investigation and interrogation science. Implemented on January 1, 2013, the new Criminal Procedure Law significantly adjusts investigation and interrogation system and evidence system, makes more stringent regulation, and puts forward higher requirements to investigation measures. Case teaching of investigation and interrogation science is based on the new Criminal Procedural Law, rich case type, perfect case design, enriched contents, and improved organization form in order to give full play to the role of case teaching in investigation and interrogation science.
