论完善基层公安民警休假制度的必要性

处于社会转型期的我国社会矛盾加重,治安形势严峻,基层公安民警的警务工作日益增加,基层民警的身体、精神均长期处于超负荷状态,建立完善的基层公安民警休假制度十分必要。完善的基层民警休假制度有利于保障公安民警的休息权与生命健康权,为基层民警更好地履行职责打下坚实的基础。各级公安机关应重视对基层公安民警休假制度的研究,尽早制定出科学合理、以人为本、可操作性强的休假制度。

The Necessity of Perfecting Vacation System for Grass-roots Public Security Police

During the social transferring period, social contradictions aggravate and public security situation is severe in China. The grass-roots public security police are in the physical and spiritual overload state for a long time. So it is quite necessary to establish perfect vacation system for them.
