交通事故处理岗位人才规格及培训内容研究

为了提高我国交通事故处理民警工作水平,对交通事故处理岗位人才规格和培训内容进行了研究。通过实际调查,案例研究等手段,结合培训教育理论,分析了我国交通事故处理岗位工作特点,提出了交通事故处理岗位人才需要法律、技术和群众工作等综合工作能力,并根据岗位特点设计了培训内容和方法,对在职民警进行了培训实践活动。该项研究结果可为我国交通事故处理民警职业规范化建设提供参考。

Research on Talent Standards and Training Content of Traffic Accident Management

The research is about the talent standards and training content of traffic accident management with the aim of improving the working level of traffic police. Based on practical surveys and case studies, together with training and educational theories and analyses of working characteristics of traffic accident management in China, the author puts forward the necessity of having comprehensive ability like mastering law, technology and doing mass work for officers handling traffic accidents. Meanwhile training content and methods are designed according to the characteristics of the post. The research may provide reference to construct standardized training program for the traffic police.
