| 摘 要： | 警察执法监督是我国法制社会建设的重要环节。现阶段警察执法还有违法违规的行为,本文深究其因,不仅在于道德缺失,更重要的是缺乏有效的监督机制。因此,我们必须完善警察执法监督机制,通过建立健全长期有效地警察执法监督机制,来促进我国法治社会的建设。

| Abstract: | The supervision of police law enforcement is an important part of the construction of law-ruled society in China. At the present stage, illegal and irregular acts still exist in police law enforcement. The paper explores that the causes not only lie in the lack of morality, but more in the lack of effective supervision mechanism. Therefore, we must improve the supervision mechanism of police law enforcement by establishing a sound and long-term effective supervision mechanism to promote the construction of law-ruled society in China. |
