The Initiative and Revelation on New Public Management

Since the end of the 1970s and the beginning of the 1980s,western research on public management sector began to change from traditional public administration to new public management.New public management is not only a new theory in the field of western government management research,but also a new practice mode of it.It is meaningful for the reform of modern management system to study the theory and the practice of new public management and to learn its experiences.
